Our Rooms
“There’s no place like home. Except the beach.”
We all love to be beside the seaside! We have a selection of rooms, some with direct sea views, others at the back of the house, all uniquely designed with modern decor. All appreciate that the sea is on our doorstep and that the building is a former bank – some of the bathrooms are actually in the old bank vaults! Why not go for a lovely walk along the seafront or for those brave enough perhaps a dip in the sea and then head back home and enjoy the fresh sea breeze or curl up and relax in the luxuriously appointed rooms!

The room was beautiful - we opted for a sea view room and it was great. Plenty of tea and coffee, beautifully decorated, super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was really delicious! Great location too.Sharon22/10/20238.0Very GoodAnonymous21/10/202310Just a one night stay, room clean and good sea view. Breakfast good. GoodBased on 112 reviewsJamie L25/11/2023Room was quirky, clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Would I stay here again? Most definitely !Jo Hopperton15/05/2023The Bank hotel was an ideal location for a visit to White Rock Theatre. Welcoming, very helpful and accommodating proprietor. Parking is on the road which could be a problem in high season maybe but wasn't for us. Would definitely recommend.Mark Jones29/03/2023Friendly owner showed us our room. Very quirky building and some unique features in the room. Appreciated the tea making facilities and mini fridge is useful. Room was well heated and bed comfortable enough. Shower and toilet and a fantastic view from the window. On the downside the window was making a racket in the wind, so had to wedge something in the gap. Possibly listed building so difficult to change? Also the included breakfast looked very basic and you had to pay full price if you wanted the nicer looking options. Would have preferred a discount on this menu for staying guests who’d paid for a basic (very basic) breakfast. That said I have a new found love for muesli and yoghurt with fruit (the free basic option) as much as I felt disappointed when ordering it.Michelle Coomber28/03/2023Having booked most of the rooms at this hotel for a family event, we were all so very impressed. The service was great, very friendly. The rooms were fabulous and so clean with some lovely finishing touches. Whilst the weather was not great, just sitting with a coffee admiring the sea view was so relaxing. Breakfast was also very tasty and good value. We will all be back. Highly recommend.lewis Pennington05/02/2023Was an open and tidy dining room. Tasty traditional English breakfast , there was a little bit of a wait for food. However was definitely worth the wait. The gentleman serving us was polite and quite professional. The lady bringing the food out seemed a bit stressy. Over all was very nice and would definitely come again 👌👌👌
